Product Description

Working principle

  The hose is manually inserted into the mold, and the mold rotates with the turntable and stays at different stations respectively. First come to the hose alignment station, the bottom of the mold lifts the hose and rotates, the color code photoelectric detects the color code at the end of the hose, after detection, it will stop rotating, the mold will drop back to its original position, and the turntable will start. Go to the next filling station, put the material to be filled into the hopper in advance, and accurately and automatically inject it into the hose that intermittently stays on the filling station through the piston-type quantitative filling valve directly connected to the hopper. Continue to rotate, come to the sealing station to seal the hose, the turntable continues to rotate, come to the trimming station to cut off the hose above the sealing part, then rotate the turntable to the last station, push the hose up and leave mold, and slide out of the machine by the chute.
