Automatic Soft Tube Filling And Sealing Machine

The tube filling and sealing machine can automatically orientate eye marks, filling, sealing, pressing date and cutting the end.
It is widely used in daily cosmetic, pharmaceutial and food industries.  

This tube filler and sealer's features:

1. Box tube feeding;
2. Automatic hose feeding system,with sloping grooves,Vacuum adsorption tilting device,And CAM lever mechanism, Used to transfer tubes to be pushed into the gripper lead cup on the conveyor chain
3. Photoelectric alignment system,Controlled by two stepping motors and two sets of high-precision photoelectric probes, the tube can be stopped anywhere from 0 to 360 degrees;
4. Peristaltic pump constant volume perfusion, the parts that are in direct contact with the filling ointment materials are all made by 316L stainless steel.
5. Tube end upper side filling, the lifting of the hose is controlled by a mechanical CAM, which is designed according to the characteristics of the filling products.
