Product Introduction
This machine is a desktop four-nozzles automatic magnetic pump filling machine, which cooperates with the conveyor belt to achieve automatic bottle detection, filling, and bottle separation functions. The main structure of the machine is divided into PLC integrated machine control module, power supply module, and filling drive modules, conveying components, six magnetic pump components, relay components, solenoid valve components and pneumatic control components, photoelectric sensor components, etc. A new type of filling equipment that uses high-precision miniature magnetic pump and motor speed and pump working time to determine the filling volume. The pump head is made of 316L, which is resistant to acid and alkali and corrosion; it is widely applicable, and almost all flowing liquids can be filled. It is especially suitable for the filling of oil, washing liquid, acid and alkali liquid, and corrosive liquid. Its compact structure, high filling accuracy and automation degree, convenient operation, suitable for batch production of various dosage products filling. It can meet the filling capacity requirements of 5ml-500ml and is suitable for bottle filling of various specifications. It is a reliable and durable filling equipment.
