FAQ

1.F: Is there a size requirement for labels? What is the labeling precision?
A: Yes, the label length is 10-100mm and the width is 20-80mm. The labeling precision is ±1mm. There is also requirement about the labels roll: the max diameter is 350mm and the inner diameter is 76mm.

2.F: Does this machine have requirements for Tubes?
A: Yes, the Tube diameter:φ10-φ30mm

3.F: What is the speed of labeling?
A: The labeling speed is 60-180 pcs/min

4.F: Can this labeling machine print date or code?
A: Yes, Our labeling machine comes with an optional printer or ink jet coder attached to the labeling applicator. This feature allows you to print production dates, batch numbers, and bar-codes on the label, providing more information to your customers.

5.F: What can I do if my label won't be posted well on the Tube?
A: The reason can be that the Tube position and the feeding time is not synchronized.
There are two ways to adjust it:
(1)Adjust the speed of the main frame. Make it fast if the label is fed out when the Tube arrives. Or make it slow.
(2)Adjust correlation photoelectric. Adjust the holder on the upper photoelectric bracket to the left and start the machine. If the feeding speed is not correct, readjust it.

6.F: What can I do if the label is crinkled during the labeling process?
A: That's because the feeding speed is too fast.
You can:
(1)low down the feeding speed. Turn the screen to feeding speed and make adjustment to match with the rolling speed.
(2)Increase the rolling speed properly.
Either way above is available.
Notes: It shows that the photoelectric bracket for the conveying belt is too close to left and it needs to be adjusted to right.

7.F: What can be done if the used waste strip cannot be tightened?
A: The reason might be the transferring belt between the collecting wheel and the waste-strip plate loosen or broken. You can Check the conveying belt. Self-melting can be used to cut off some and put them together, if the belt loosens. It needs to be changed if it is broken

8.F: The labeling position is wrong, how can I adjust it?
A: Adjust the head for the machine up and down. Rotate the head (clockwise or counterclockwise) to adjust the hand wheel to the position required

9.F: Label on the Tube inclines, what can I do?
A: First, Watch it if it is getting higher or lower during labeling. Check if it happens to the labeling for the different diameters of the upper and lower part.
If it is not for the above reason of the Tubes, adjust the parallelism of the stripping plate by hand. The plate shall be adjusted a little higher if the labeling is being kept higher.
